What I do
Governance that holds under audit.
Platforms built and run. AI agents with controls.
Fractional leadership.

Data and AI decisions your board can defend.

About

Fragmented data is not a technology problem. It is a board-level decision problem, a regulatory control problem, and a commercial performance problem.

I gave a bank's critical data named owners, traceable lineage and audit evidence that held, while the core platform beneath it was being replaced.

Led by Quentin Casares

I have worked in data for more than 30 years, including four Head of Data roles.

Every claim I make carries a traceable source, a metric or a named framework, because a board cannot defend governance theatre.

I do the work myself, with external audit and supervisors in the room when they need to be. Everything is confidential by default.

Data functions led at Alpha Bank London, HSBC, Volante Global and MTC UK.
